What is expresscart?

expresscart is a local e-commerce shopping and delivery app. We source and deliver thousands of retail, grocery, and recreational products from businesses in your community.

Where is expresscart available?

We are currently available in Peterborough, Ontario and Toronto, Ontario.

How soon can I receive my order?

Users can choose between our fast 3-hour delivery or standard delivery within 2 days.

Where are the products sourced from?

We source products from businesses in your community or city.

Are you partnered with the stores you deliver from?

While we have an official partnership with most stores, sometimes we do list highly demanded and popular products from stores we don’t have any official partnership with.

What are your delivery fees?

Our delivery fees vary based on location.
Starting at $6.99 for standard delivery; they go to a maximum of $12.99 for instant delivery.

Do you account store promotions and offers?

For stores where we don’t have an official partnership, it is hard to count for offers on thousands of products. If you notice a price difference of more than $10, we will gladly refund you shopping credits for the difference.

Are your prices same as the store listed price?

We mark up some product prices by 10% – 20%. This markup allows us to cover the cost of offering the service to you.

What are your hours?

While we allow users to shop 24/7 through the app. Our delivery hours are from 11 am to 9pm on business days. We do not deliver during public holidays and select weekends.

What happens if my product is not available in store?

Our agent will communicate with you for any changes to your order and will always replace or cancel a product with your consent.

Can I get a refund?

If there was an error on expresscart’s part in processing your order, we will issue you a refund. All other refunds are currently not accepted due to rush season.

My order is late, what should I do?

We aim to deliver all orders by 9pm of the scheduled delivery day. Sometimes that might not be possible due to external factors. If we are late to deliver your order, we will refund your delivery fees for that order or you can choose to cancel the whole order.

Are refunds sent to my bank account?

If the refund was issued due to an error on expresscart’s part,  you can request the refund to be sent to your bank account. All other refunds will be credited to your account as shopping credits.
